         Action Matters gives priority registration to those living in Kalamazoo’s Northside, Eastside, and Southside neighborhoods.  These areas are 84%, 54% and 38% minority respectively.  Additionally, these neighborhoods have a combined median household income of less $35,000 per year (Mlive Kalamazoo Poverty Report).
